At Spinners on the Green, we know things happen, so we are happy to accept returns. For returns due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage, we will email you a return shipping label and will refund your full purchase price upon receipt of return. If you ordered the wrong product or just decided you don’t want it, we’ll accept that return too. However, you will be responsible for shipping it back and we will refund your product(s) price when item(s) are received at Spinners. Please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order and we can start the return process. We also honor any warranties that are offered on certain products by the manufacturer.

We take your privacy very seriously at Spinners on the Green and you can count on us to only use any info you give to better your online or in-store shopping experience. Your info will never be sold to a third party or used in a matter that we would be shady, count on it!
